PICKUP POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders ship UPS Ground. In rare instances, orders may be shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking information via your email on file. Orders should be received within 2-5 business days of receiving tracking number. Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier & passed directly on to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns are accepted due to sanitary reasons. If at anytime an order is eligible for refund, you will receive a store credit as cash refunds are not provided. Please report any issues with your order within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you ever receive defective products or anything is not up to your standard, you may receive replacement body products up to 48 hours & non body products up to 30 days after your order has been recieved.
Orders selected for local pickup must be picked up within 14 calendar days of receiving notification that the order is ready.
If an order is not picked up within 14 days and no alternate arrangements have been approved, it will be considered abandoned. The order will be restocked, and the customer will receive a store credit equal to 50% of the original merchandise subtotal (before tax).

Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and may be used toward a future purchase. Tax charges are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit amount.
