INNER-G MIX is composed of small batch, hand poured candles. Thus, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days as we're carefully creating & packaging your mixes. Please note processing times are separate from shipping times. Once your order reaches USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-5 business days.

In the event we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments can be delayed by a few days. You will be notified in this case.

 

**Once you receive tracking information, your order has been received by USPS and delays that you may experience are out of my control.

 

Out-of-Stock- Items:

Sometimes a product is available at the time you place your order but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is received. We will notify you in this rare case.

Pick-up:

Local pick-up in Alexandria, La is on Thursday from 5p-6p & on Saturday afternoons between 1p & 2p.

Shipping & Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier and passed directly on to you. We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs. What you pay is exactly what we pay to the carrier.

We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it. Customers are also responsible for paying a reshipping fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly.
